FRPC
The Fleet Risk and Predictive Compliance Report. Risk ranking, corrective action and fleet-level analysis in one document, built from the records you provide.
FLEET RISK & PREDICTIVE COMPLIANCE REPORT
What It Is
Most fleets already hold the information that would tell them where the next deficiency is coming from. It sits in inspection reports, audit findings, certificates and photographs, spread across vessels and spreadsheets, and nobody has time to read all of it. The FRPC Report pulls that material into one place.
For every deficiency or risk item in the records you upload, Nautilux assigns a priority, identifies the item by PSC deficiency code and regulatory basis (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS, MLC, STCW), matches it to the SwiftAction Academy course written for that code, and tracks the corrective action from open to closed. No single Port State Control MoU publishes a unified deficiency code list. SolarisTech compiled one from across the MoU regimes and wrote the training against it.
SwiftAction Academy carries more than 600 courses mapped to that compiled 627-code Port State Control deficiency set, so the training recommendation is tied to the specific finding rather than to a general topic. The report is produced in an internal version, an external version and a closure version once the item is rectified. That gives you one record you can work from in the office, one you can share with a charterer, a class surveyor or your flag administration if you choose to, and one that shows the item closed. Two limits, stated plainly.
The report covers the documents, records and images uploaded for each vessel and no further. And the analysis is a forward-looking risk indication drawn from your own record, not a prediction of what any inspector will find. Our reports are prepared for the party that instructs us and for the purpose stated in the engagement. Reliance by any other party requires our written agreement. Delivered through the Nautilux shore-side dashboard.
