SolarisTech expects the highest standards of honesty, integrity and professional conduct from every director, employee, contractor and representative.
We expect everyone who works with us to
- Act lawfully, ethically and in the best interests of clients and the public.
- Treat colleagues, clients, partners and the public with respect and fairness, free from discrimination or harassment.
- Protect confidential information and use it only for its intended purpose.
- Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose them promptly.
- Compete fairly and never engage in bribery, fraud or anti-competitive behavior.
- Raise concerns in good faith, without fear of retaliation.
Breaches of this Code are taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or engagement.
