Flag Administration Services
Support for owners and for administrations, delivered by a former Deputy Commissioner of Maritime Affairs for the Republic of the Marshall Islands who ran flag operations for North Asia and carried responsibility for that administration's IMO oversight programme covering a recognized organization.
SolarisTech operates the ADOMS Busan Office for the Antigua & Barbuda Administration, and works with other administrations and with owners on flag matters internationally. The services below are non-statutory throughout: they inform a flag's decisions, they do not carry them.

Outcomes
Non-statutory throughout. Our inspections and audits use flag-State method and criteria, but they are not statutory inspections or audits and they carry no statutory effect. They inform the decisions of your flag administration and its recognized organizations. They do not make those decisions, and they never replace your flag's own statutory functions. Certification, detention release and safe manning remain determinations for the flag State and the port State concerned. Our reports are prepared for the party that instructs us and for the purpose stated in the engagement.
Reliance by any other party requires our written agreement.

Flag State representation
The ADOMS Busan Office is the Antigua & Barbuda flag State office for the Republic of Korea and Japan, with full flag State authority. Thomas Blenk is Deputy Registrar. The office operates in partnership with the Government of Antigua & Barbuda and the Antigua & Barbuda Department of Marine Services and Merchant Shipping (ADOMS).
